01Overall three-stage design

The forged three-stage valve body design ensures the safety and reliability of the valve under special working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.

02Ball and valve seat sealing surface superhard treatment

The surface of the valve ball and the sealing surface of the valve seat are coated with HVOF supersonic spray hard alloy to ensure high hardness and wear resistance of the sealing surface, and the sealing level can reach zero leakage.

03Double sealed structure design

The hard sealed floating valve seats on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve adopt a dual sealing structure design. Even if one side of the valve seat fails to seal due to unexpected situations, the valve can still work normally, thereby improving the sealing reliability of the valve.

04Valve stem anti blowing, anti-static, fireproof

The valve stem adopts an anti blow shoulder structure design, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even in the case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber.

The static grounding channel specially designed for anti-static can prevent the danger of fire or explosion that may be caused by static sparks. When in a fire state, valves can effectively control internal and external leakage in emergency situations by utilizing metal to metal auxiliary sealing structures and fire-resistant flexible graphite sealing structures.

05Middle chamber pressure relief, double blocking and discharge

When the liquid medium trapped in the valve chamber vaporizes due to an increase in temperature, causing an abnormal increase in pressure in the chamber, which is greater than the pressure of the pipeline medium, the pressure of the medium in the chamber can push the valve seat and automatically release pressure.

The upper and lower valve seats can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends, achieving a dual blocking function. The remaining medium in the middle chamber can be discharged through the relief valve at the bottom of the valve.

05Drive mode

Manual, electric, pneumatic, or pneumatic hydraulic drive modes can be set according to user requirements.
