The company has complete production equipment and sophisticated testing methods. The company's new factory covers an area of 73336 square meters, with a total investment of several billion yuan. The company has introduced major equipment such as "Olympus" optical emission direct reading spectrometer, ray flaw detection room, ultrasonic flaw detector, DP600 sealing surface plasma spray welding machine, 1800t high pressure large diameter valve Pressure testing machine, DN4000 CNC vertical machining machine tool, machining center, etc., so that the product processing and manufacturing capacity and testing level have been rapidly improved and improved. At present, the production capacity of 800000 sets of forged steel valves per year has been formed.

The company has passed various qualification certificates such as the three system certification (quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system), A1, A2, B level (gate valve, globe valve, check valve, regulating valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, ultra-low temperature valve, etc.) of special equipment production license qualification, API certification, EU CE certification, etc. earlier in the same industry. The company has modern testing methods including mechanical properties, spectroscopy, metallography, PT, UT, RT, MT, etc. The factory and type testing capabilities of the valve include high and low pressure water or gas testing, high and low temperature valve testing, valve fire testing, valve low leakage testing, valve switch cycle life, valve flow measurement testing, valve vacuum testing, etc. The valve testing process has obtained third-party certification certificates.

The main products produced include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, regulating valves, drain valves, instrument valves, etc; Mainly covering industries such as electricity, chemical (coal chemical/refining/fine chemical), natural gas, petrochemicals, metallurgy, nuclear power, etc. More than 2000 types and specifications of valves; Valve body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, and various special materials; Pressure: 1.6MPa~80.0MPa, Class150~Class4500; The nominal Size ranges from DN10mm to 6000mm, and the temperature ranges from -196 ℃ to 1100 ℃. The driving modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic; The product adopts standards such as NB/T, GB, JB, ANSI, API, JIS, BS, DIN, GOST, NF, etc. While the company attaches great importance to domestic market sales, its products are also exported to countries such as Europe, America, Pakistan, India, Japan, Iran, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
